For the last five years, Mr. Rochfort has worked in the Financial Technology industry serving as an executive with Global Payout, Inc., a B2B program manager for international electronic payment services. Mr. Rochfort earned both an undergraduate and Master’s Degree of Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Mr. Rochfort is an executive with over twenty five years experience building and growing top-end sales and technical support organizations in network services, cloud based applications, outsourced business services, and professional services. His field environment covered a broad range of national start-ups to global concerns and managing over 350 sales and technical personnel with a revenue budget exceeding $200m annually. Several of these companies included Premier Global Services, Intermedia, cBeyond and Sprint.
He has designed, developed and implemented the UAE’s state of the art cash management centre in Dubai and he has worked on several payment card and e-procurement programs in the UK. Francis develops business intelligence and management information systems for both reporting and decision making.
Francis spent 11 years with Grant Thornton in the UK and for the last 10 years he has been the Chief Financial Officer of 3 companies based in the UK and in Dubai.
During Cliff’s time working for TSB Bank in the UK one of his responsibilities was as a Direct Supervisor, being responsible for the supervision of new financial planners to the bank with the main focus being on compliant sales processes and the importance of “know Your Client” (KYC) and “Anti Money Laundering” (AML) processes within the Bank.
Cliff was Head of International Wealth Management for ING in Hong Kong, one of the many project she worked on was the development of a Wealth Management Platform with a local IT development company. Cliff’s main area of focus within the platform being the sales process, with particular attention being placed on compliance, including both KYC and AML processes.
Cliff has over 22 years of extensive experience working in the world of finance. Cliff has gained experience within the banking sector in the UK, the financial planner sector in Australia, and several senior management positions in Hong Kong.
Peter specializes in hotel openings and takeovers and represents hotel owners in addition to being involved with the development and operation of the hotels. The last Hotel opened was L’Arc New World Hotel Macau as General Manager. Peter is a transformation leader with board level experience and a solid track record in delivering top-line sales and bottom-line profits via strategic business turnarounds. Peter has been honoured with many accolades for his outstanding achievement throughout his career most recently being “Best General Manager of China Hotel Industry 2009”- an Award that is considered the “Oscar Awards” of China’s hotel industry. The event is organized by The Centre Asia Hotel Forum and China Hotel Starlight Awards and supported by mainstream media in China including Phoenix TV, China Daily and Asia Week. Peter’s hotel was also named the “Best Themed Hotels of China 2009”.
Peter Ng, is a Malaysian born Australian national with over 30 years of impressive hotel industry experience. His experience includes running and opening successful international hotel chains such as the Hyatt, Marriott, New World and the Renaissance Hotel Group in Macau, Taiwan, China, Korea, Malaysia and Australia.
For the last 14 years Mr. Hancock has worked within the financial services industries as a program manager or payment processor for prepaid card programs and has launched nearly 40 custom-designed prepaid debit card programs. Mr. Hancock has a vast amount of knowledge of the industry and a considerable list of contacts and personal relationships in which to build on and draw from.
Mr. Hancock earned a Juris Doctorate from California School of Law,San Diego and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Jim served in the U.S. Armed Forces and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1972 holding the rank of E-5.
Mr. Hancock has held a number of senior positions throughout his 30 year career including President, CEO, COO, VP of Finance and VP of Sales & Marketing within public and private companies in financial services, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications and payment processing industries.
